1-1 1/2 lb cottage cheese
1 lb potato
3 oz cooked sea kale
2 eggs
5-6 tbsp wheat flour
1 cup sour cream
salt to taste
Directions:
Cook potatoes, mash hot, cool.

Mix potato mass with mashed cottage cheese, add eggs, minced kale, aerated flour, salt and stir well up.

Shape flat cakes, cover them with flour, fry both sides, then put the fritters in oven for some minutes.

When serving, pour the fritters with sour cream.
