Cream yolks with sugar, dissolve with cold milk, add minced crusts and stir up. Then add minced kale, bathed raisins and stir up. Then add whisked whites step by step, stir carefully.
Grease a mold, fill it with prepared mass at half and bake the pudding in oven until done. Cool.
Put the pudding on a platter and serve hot. Serve apricot jam apart.
