Chop butter with flour until crumbs, add salt, sour cream and knead the dough. Shape a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Cut onion into rings, shred pepper. Mix vegetables, fry in butter for 10 minutes, add peeled and sliced tomatoes and fry for additional 5 minutes, then salt and pepper.
Roll out the dough, put in greased mold, making rims.
Put over fried vegetables, scatter over seafood and olive rings. Brush all with mayonnaise, season with cheese and bake in oven for 25 minutes.
When serving, season the pizza with chopped dill.
