Products Needed:
1 1/2 lb Brussels sprouts 1 cup milk sauce 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp parsley greens 1/2 tsp salt

Directions: Break Brussels sprouts into florets, add a dollop of water, butter and simmer under a lid until done, then salt.
When serving, put the Brussels sprouts on a platter, season it with chopped greens and pour with milk sauce.
