Products Needed:
1/2 lb vegetable marrows
1 tsp wheat flour
1 tsp butter
5 oz tomatoes
3 tbsp vegetable broth
1/2 tsp parsley greens
salt to taste
Directions:

Slice vegetable marrows, cover them with flour, fry in butter, salt.

Slice tomatoes, simmer in vegetable stock, then put them over the vegetable marrows, pour with the stock and stew until done.

When serving, place the vegetable marrows and tomatoes on a platter, season all with chopped greens.
