8 oz kohlrabi cabbage
7 oz carrot
3 oz milk
1 tsp wheat flour
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp parsley greens
salt to taste
Directions:
Cut kohlrabi and carrot into slices, pour with boiling milk, salt and simmer.

Cream flour with butter, put the mixture in prepared vegetables, add sugar, stir up and bring all to boil.

When serving, put kohlrabi and carrot on a platter, season all with chopped greens.
