Products Needed:
1 cup canned corn 1 tbsp melted butter 1 oz milk 1 tbsp semolina 1 oz eggs 1 oz breadcrubms 1 tsp sugar salt to taste 2 oz pitted prunes

Directions: Cook corn with infusion until the liquid evaporates then add milk, a half of butter and bring the mixture to boil. Then add barley, stir up and cook for 10 minutes, cool.
Put an egg in the mass, add minced prunes, sugar, salt and stir up.
Shape cutlets of prepared mass, cover them with breadcrumbs and fry in butter until golden.
When serving, put the cutlets on a platter. If desired, pour the cutlets with melted butter.
