Products Needed:
18 oz. noodles salt 1 melon 7 oz. ham 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 3 1/2 oz. swiss cheese ground black ground pepper

Directions: Cook noodles in 3 quarts of salty water for 20-25 minutes until al dente. Throw on the colander.
Halve melon, discard seeds, slice the flesh. Cut ham into narrow stripes, and parch in the preheated oil. Add noodles, mix, place melon slices, and cook through.
Grate cheese. Rinse greens, dry.
When serving, sprinkle with pepper and cheese.
