Products Needed:
14 oz. pasta salt *For seasoning 2 bunches basil 1 bunch parsley greens and spinach apiece 1 bulb garlic 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup hulled walnuts 1/2 cup hulled cedar nuts 1 cup grated cheese

Directions: Cook pasta tubes in 3 quarts of boiling water with a sprinkle of salt, until al dente, and throw on the colander.
Parch walnuts in 2 tablespoons of oil, and then shred. Peel garlic, crush, add the remaining oil, chopped greens, mix, then toss together with cheese, nuts and salt.
When serving, toss pasta with the sauce.
