Products Needed:
1/2 cup oatmeal 1 cup water 1 cup milk 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp sugar salt to taste 2 oz pitted prunes

Directions: Pour oat with boiling salted water, cook for 1 hour. Then add boiling milk, prunes, sugar and cook for additional 30 minutes.
Serve the porridge with butter.
