7 oz zander fillet
1 oz white bread
2 oz milk
1 oz eggs
1 tbsp butter
salt to taste
Directions:

Soak bread in milk.

Mince fish fillet, add soaked bread and mince the mass two times. Put milk and eggs in the mass, add melted butter, salt and stir up. Shape cutlets and prepare in double cook.

When serving, place the cutlets on a platter, pour with butter and garnish with rice.
