Soak liver in cold water for 15 minutes, dry.
Mince liver, mix it with flour, a part of sour cream, grated cheese, egg yolks, add whisked egg whites, salt and stir up.
Put the mass by portions on heated frying pan and fry the fritters in oil both sides until brown crusts.
When serving, place the fritters on a platter, pour with sour cream and garnish with carrot puree.
