Cut carrot and parsley root into cubes.
Cut meat into portion pieces, fry in a part of butter until brown crusts, salt, put prepared vegetables, add tomato paste, a dollop of water and stew under a lid until done.
Cut vegetable marrows into cubes and fry in the remaining butter.
When serving, put prepared meat and vegetable marrows on a platter and top with greens.
