Products Needed:
1 lb chicken 4 oz carrot 3 oz parsley root 1 cup green peas 1 tbsp soy oil 1 tsp parsley greens salt to taste

Directions: Pour chicken with hot water, add carrot, parsley root, salt and cook until done. Take the chicken out of the broth, cut it into portion pieces and fry in oil until golden crusts.
Pour green peas with a dollop of chicken broth, put over chicken pieces and stew all until done.
When serving, put the chicken pieces with peas on a platter and season with chopped greens.
