Products Needed:
2 oz cranberries 2 cups water 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp starch

Directions: Mash berries, press the juice, cool.
Pour the pulp with hot water, cook for 4-6 minutes, filter.
Cool some broth, mix it with starch.
Put sugar in the remaining broth, bring the mixture to boil, add starch, bring to boil again, then add the juice.
Serve the kissel cooled.
