Products Needed:
1/2 cup red wine 1 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp starch

Directions: Dissolve the wine with water, add sugar and bring the mixture to boil.
Dissolve the starch with a dollop of cold water, add to the boiling wine mixture, stir up and remove from the heat.
When serving, season the kissel with sugar.
