Products Needed:
1 lb oatmeal 3 oz butter 1/2 lb sour cream 3 oz eggs 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt

Directions: Dry oat barley in oven, cool, mince and aerate.
Then mix the oat with sugar, salt, eggs, softened butter, sour cream and stir well up.
Shape cookies and place them on greased baking list, bake them for 20 minutes over 390°F.
