Divide the cauliflower into clusters and boil in salted water. Cool.
Slice fine the anchovies.
Cut the olives into rings.
To prepare the salad dressing combine the vegetable oil, vinegar, finely chopped basil, salt and pepper.
Dress the cauliflower and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Mix the cauliflower with the anchovies, garnish with the olives and capers.
