Cream softened butter with powdered sugar, add flour, eg yolks and knead the dough, leave for 30 minutes.
Shape braids, slice them, roll each out.
Put the circles on the baking tray covered with parchment and bake for 20 minutes over 430°F.
Melt chocolate with butter in water bath, put the mixture in the pastry bag and draw on cooled cookies “mouth”, “nose” and “eyes”.
