Products Needed:
2 oz dried mushrooms 7 oz liver 7 oz onion 2 eggs 2/3 cup mayonnaise 3 tbsp vegetable oil pound black pepper dill greens 7 oz canned cucumber

Directions: Bathe mushrooms, soak in cold water for 2-3 hours. Bathe mushrooms again, filter the water and cook mushrooms in the same water.
Fry liver in a part of oil, cool and mince. Shred cooked mushrooms, chop boiled eggs and pickled cucumbers. Shred onion and fry in the remaining oil, cool.
Mix prepared products, salt, pepper and dress with mayonnaise.
Top the salad with greens.
