Products Needed:
2 lb potatoes 3 oz cottage cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 1 onion 2 oz dill greens 1 oz wheat flour margarine or butter for brushing 1/2 tsp salt

Directions: Cook potatoes and mash hot.
Mix cottage cheese mass with prepared potatoes, add minced onion and dill. Stir well up, put in greased frying pan and bake in oven.
