Завтрак — это просто
8 slices French bread
1/6 lb. sausages
2 boiled potatoes
1 bulb onion
1 clove garlic
1 egg
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. parsley greens chopped
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
Directions:
Cut off baton crusts, fry bread in butter.

Grate coarsely potatoes, shred sausages.

Mix potatoes with onion and garlic, add egg, salt, pepper, chopped greens and stir up.

Put prepared mixture on baton slices, put over sausages, pour with mayonnaise and bake for 15 minutes.
