Products Needed:
1 1/2 lb potatoes 3 oz wheat flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 5 oz slab bacon 2 onions salt

Directions: Grate potatoes thinly, add flour, salt, soda and knead the dough. Roll out the dough, cut it into rectangles, put them on the baking tray and bake in oven.
Cut lard into dices, fry, add minced onion and fry until golden.
Before serving, put baked rectangles in boiling water or stock. Then cast in a colander, mix with fried lard and onion.
