Directions: Knead yeast dough, let it rise, then divide it into 2 parts, roll out each.
Put one dough base in greased baking tray scatter over stuffing and cover with the second dough base. Tweak the edges. Brush the pie with yolk and bake in oven over medium heat.
To prepare the stuffing, put raisins in heated apple jam, add chopped dates and figs. Cool.
