Products Needed:
2 lb beef 2 lb mushrooms 1/2 lb onion 1 parsley root 1 celery root 3 oz butter 3 bay leaf 1 bulb garlic salt

Directions: Cut meat into cubes. Mince mushrooms.
Put the meat in pots, put over mushrooms, sliced roots, shredded onion, add garlic, spices and butter, add 1 cup of boiling water.
Put the pots in heated oven and stew for 40-60 minutes.
