1 liter milk
3 oz carrot
6 oz potato
1 tsp butter
1 tsp sugar
salt
Directions:
Slice carrot and simmer until half-done.

Add sliced potatoes, salt and cook until done.

Drain the water, pour the vegetables with boiling milk and dress the soup with butter and sugar.
