7 oz white cabbage
1 cucumber
1 carrot
1 apple
2 sweet peppers
2 leaves spring onion
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lemon juice
ground black pepper, salt to taste
1 nectarine
Directions:

Shred cabbage and carrot. Halve cucumber, remove seeds, then cut into slices. Peel apple and sweet peppers, cut them into dices, cut spring onion into rings. Cut nectarine into slices, remove seeds.

To prepare sauce, mix mayonnaise with apple, sweet peppers, ground pepper and lemon juice.

Salt cabbage, mash, add cucumbers and carrot, dress with prepared sauce and stir up.

Place nectarine slices at the plate edges, put the salad in the center, season all with coconut flakes and spring onion.
