Products Needed:
3 oz white cabbage
3 oz red cabbage
1 carrot
4 leaves spring onion
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tsp chopped ginger root
salt to taste
1 celery stalk
Directions:

Shred cabbage, salt and leave apart for 30 minutes.

Grate carrot, shred lettuce leaves, shred celery root ,cut spring onion into rings.

Mix all ingredients and dress all with the mixture of vinegar, salt and ginger. Stir up the salad and put it in the salad bowl.
