Products Needed:
1 lb broccoli 6 oz peanuts 2 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp vegetable oil 2 (red and yellow) sweet peppers 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp chopped dill greens 1/2 lemon black pound pepper, salt to taste

Directions: Cook broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes, cast in a colander.
Cut sweet pepper into dices.
Fry nuts, cool and chop.
Mix sesame oil with vegetable oil, heat, fry fast cabbage with sweet pepper, then add soy sauce and pound pepper. Cool, then mix with nuts, greens and put all in the salad bowl.
When serving, sprinkle the salad with lemon juice, season it with grated lemon zest and top with dill stalks.
