Products Needed:
4 oz sorrel or spinach leaves 2 cucumbers chopped dill and coriander greens, 1/2 bunch each 2 oranges 8 lettuce leaves 4 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 lemon juice 3 oz chopped pistachios 3 oz Roquefort сheese black pound pepper, salt to taste

Directions: Divide oranges into segments, then slice. Cut cucumbers into thin stripes.
Tear lettuce and spinach leaves, mix with prepared oranges, cucumbers and greens.
Whisk oil with lemon juice, salt, pound pepper. Cover the salad with prepared dressing.
When serving, season the salad with pistachios and cheese crumbs.
