Обед — это просто
1 1/9 lb. dough
2/5 lb. flesh mutton
2 tbsp. spring onion chopped
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. ginger ground
ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
Directions:
Cut meat into pieces, mince with garlic, salt, pepper, add spring onion, ginger and stir up.

Shape dough braid and slice, roll out each slice into circle. Put the stuffing on each dough circle, tweak the edges.

Grease deep baking tray, put the pelmeni, add 2 cups of water, cover with foil and cook in oven for 30 minutes.

Serve with soy sauce.
