Slice field mushrooms, simmer in a dollop of salted water for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat, add anise, cover with a lid, cool and cast in a colander.
Divide tangerines into segments. Slice apples, sprinkle them with a part of lemon juice. Cut pepper into half-rings, cut cheese into dices.
Cream honey with salt, mustard, remaining lemon juice, then mix with yogurt.
Mix prepared ingredients, dress with prepared sauce and stir up.
When serving, top the salad with anise stars.
