Products Needed:
1/2 lb melon * 3 oz caviar 1 onion 2 oranges 2 tbsp vegetable oil 2 tbsp white port wine 2 tbsp chopped parsley greens pound black pepper, salt to taste

Directions: Peel oranges, cit into circles, slice melon pulp, cut onion into rings.
Put oranges and melon in layers, seasoning each layer with prepared onion, caviar and greens.
Whisk oil with port, salt and pepper, pour over the salad.
Top the salad with the remaining caviar and parsley greens.
