Products Needed:
1 avocado 2 oz cleaned boiled shrimps 3 oz smoked salmon fillet 1 tomato 4 black olives 1/2 grapefruit 1 tbsp chopped dill greens 4 tbsp mayonnaise 1/2 tsp wine vinegar 4 lettuce leaves

Directions: Cut tomato, peeled grapefruit and avocado into cubes, cut salmon into thin stripes, slice shrimps, cut olives into rings. Sprinkle avocado with vinegar.
Mix prepared ingredients, dress with mayonnaise, dill greens and stir up. Put the mixture in the salad bowl, covered with lettuce leaves.
