Products Needed:
2 apples 1/6 lb. prunes 2 potatoes 1 beet 1/3 lb. sauerkraut 2-3 cloves garlic 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/6 lb. salted or pickled mushrooms 1 egg

Directions: Bathe apples and peel and remove the kernel.
Soak prunes in hot water, cook beet and potatoes. Cool and peel beet.
Chop garlic, cut prunes, apples, beet into stripes, slice mushrooms and potatoes. Mix with sauerkraut, garlic, salt to taste and dress with mayonnaise. Stir well up.
Put prepared vinaigrette in the salad bowl and top with prunes, mushrooms, cooked eggs and greens.
