Products Needed:
1 lb cleaned shrimps
3 tomatoes
1 cucumber
red and white canned kidney beans, 1/2 lb each
1 apple
2 tbsp chopped parsley greens
2 tbsp wine vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp curry
zest and juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic
1/3 tsp ground red pepper
black pound pepper, salt to taste
Directions:

Mix zest with juice, salt, pound red pepper and chopped garlic. Pour shrimps with this mixture and marinate for 30 minutes. Then bake shrimps in oven for 3 minutes each side and cool.

Cut tomatoes, apple and cucumber into dices. Mix, add beans and greens.

Mix vinegar with oil, pound black pepper and curry, dress the salad and put all in the salad bowl.

Scatter over prepared shrimps, place chips around.
