Products Needed:
1/2 lb fried flesh mutton 3 apples 6 tbsp grated cheese 12 radishes 3 tbsp chopped parsley greens 6-8 spring onion leaves 1 cup mayonnaise 2 pickled cucumbers 1/4 tsp pound cardamom 6 tbsp pomegranate grains

Directions: Cut mutton flesh and radish into thin stripes, cut peeled apples into slices.
Mix mayonnaise with cardamom and chopped cucumbers.
Put the ingredients in the following order: mutton, apples, cheese, radish.
Brush each layer with mayonnaise, seas with greens and pomegranate grains.
Cut spring onion leaves along, put in cold water for 2 minutes, then top the salad with onion locks.
