Peel oranges, grapefruits and lemon. Cut all fruits into dices. Halve grapes, remove seeds. Grate carrot.
Mix prepared fruits with carrot, add rice, meat dices, berries, nuts and shredded lettuce leaves.
Mix grated horseradish with sugar, salt, mayonnaise, mango juice and liqueur.
Pour the salad with prepared dressing, stir up and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
When serving, top the salad with grapefruit segments and spring onion.
