Products Needed:
1 lb pork kidneys 4 tbsp vegetable oil 2 sweet peppers 3 cloves garlic 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp Vegetta seasoning 1 tbsp wine vinegar 4 boiled potatoes 2 pickled cucumbers 1 red onion 2 tbsp chopped basil greens salt to taste

Directions: Clean kidneys, halve, bathe and cut into cubes. Fry them in 2 tablespoons of oil for 5 minutes, salt and cool.
Cut pepper into 4 parts and shred. Cut potatoes, cucumbers and onion into dices.
Chop garlic, cream it with salt, add soy sauce, adjusting, vinegar and the remaining oil, whisk.
Mix prepared ingredients, dress with garlic sauce and stir up.
Put the salad on a platter, covered with lettuce leaves and season with greens.
