Products Needed:
8 mushrooms 1 lemon 3 tbsp. butter 2 egg yolks bread crumbs parsley greens lard

Directions: Peel mushrooms caps, put in boiling water with lemon juice and cook over law heat for 10-15 minutes.
Clean mushroom legs and chop.
Cream butter with yolks, add chopped mushrooms and if needed add breadcrumbs.
Fill in mushroom caps with prepared mass and bake in heated oven on greased baking sheet. Serve hot with breads or potatoes salad, topping with greens.
