Products Needed:
7 oz kidney beans 2 apples 4 oz ham 4 tbsp marinated beet, sliced 3 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp wine vinegar ground black pepper to taste a dollop of grated nutmeg 1 tbsp chopped parsley greens salt to taste

Directions: Soak beans in cold water, then cook until done. Cool.
Cut apples and ham into dices, mix them with prepared beans and beet.
Mix oil with vinegar, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Dress the salad with prepared mixture, stir up, put in the salad bowl and season with greens.
