Products Needed:
5 oz ham 4 bananas 8 dates 4 tbsp coconut flakes 1 lemon zest and juice 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp chopped dill greens 4 slices French bread 2 tbsp butter

Directions: Cut dates, remove pits, cut ham into thin stripes.
Cut off bread crusts, cut the breads into halves and fry in butter each side.
Mix bananas, ham, dates, add coconut flakes, zest, greens and mayonnaise. Stir up all and put in the salad bowl. Serve the toasts apart.
