Products Needed:
1 cucumber 3 oz salami 2 oz walnuts 3 oz cheese 1 cup yoghurt 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 bunch parsley greens salt, red pungent pepper black pepper, ground to taste

Directions: Cut cucumber into thin circles, cut salami and cheese into rhombuses, cut pepper into rings. Chop nuts. Mix prepared ingredients, leaving some cucumber circles for decoration.
To prepare sauce, mix yogurt with mayonnaise, salt and pound pepper.
Place greens stalks on a platter, then put prepared salad. Shape cones of cucumber circles, top the salad.
Serve prepared sauce apart.
