Products Needed:
2 1/5 lb. pork 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 bulb onion 1 quart brine of sauerkraut several caraway-seeds black pepper to taste 1 1/3 lb. sauerkraut 1 pod sweet pepper 3 tbsp. vegetable oil Decoration: black olives

Directions: Fry pork in butter, put in baking tray with onion, cumin and black pepper, pour with sauerkraut juice and stew until softens over law heat, then cool.
Cut into slices and serve with sauerkraut, mixed with sweet red pepper and dressed with oil. Top with olives and greens.
