Clean asparagus and cook for 15 minutes in salted water, adding sugar. Cool.
Divide oranges into segments, then cut each segment into halves.
Shred celery stalks.
Fry chicken in oil until done, salt and pepper. Cool the chicken and cut into cubes. Then mix it with prepared ingredients and berries.
Dress the salad with the mixture of cream, mayonnaise, mustard and pound pepper.
When serving, top the salad with nuts and greens.
