Shred chicken fillet, cucumber and an apple. Cut off orange zest, take out 2 orange segments, mince the remaining pulp.
Mix mayonnaise with mango juice and Tabsco sauce.
Put ingredients in the following layers: cucumber, cheese, apple, chicken fillet and oranges, pour each layer with prepared mayonnaise. Then scatter over olive rings, put pomegranate grains in the center, top with zest and leaved orange segments. Serve the salad in glasses.
