Bathe chicken giblets, cook heart and gizzards until done, cool. then cut all giblets into dices, fry with onion, salt and pepper to taste.
Add grated cheese, 2 minced cooked eggs, tomato paste, sour cream and stir well up.
Put in a mold, pour with whisked egg, season with a dollop of grated cheese and bake in oven. Serve hot.
