Cut sweet pepper into dices, cut onion into half-rings, slice chicken fillet, cut lettuce leaves into stripes. Peel bananas, cut them into dices and sprinkle with a part of lemon juice.
To prepare sauce, mix the remaining juice with oil, pound pepper, salt and confiture.
