Products Needed:
2 sweet peppers
1 leek
2 bananas
zest and juice of 2 lemons
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp orange confiture
1 tbsp chopped parsley greens
4 lettuce leaves
red pound pepper, salt to taste
1 fried chicken fillet
Directions:

Cut sweet pepper into dices, cut onion into half-rings, slice chicken fillet, cut lettuce leaves into stripes. Peel bananas, cut them into dices and sprinkle with a part of lemon juice.

To prepare sauce, mix the remaining juice with oil, pound pepper, salt and confiture.

Mix prepared ingredients, add parsley greens, shredded zest, coconut flakes, sauce, stir well up and put in the salad bowl.
