Products Needed:
1 fried chicken 16 apricots 2 cucumbers 4 tbsp capers 8 lettuce leaves 1 inch ginger root 1 clove chopped garlic 2 tbsp wine vinegar 2 tbsp vegetable oil ground black pepper, salt to taste

Directions: Remove chicken skin, divide flesh from the bones, cut it into stripes.
Pit apricots. Slice apricots and cucumbers.
To prepare sauce, grate ginger, mix it with garlic, vinegar, oil, salt and pound pepper.
Tear lettuce leaves, put them in the salad bowl, scatter over prepared ingredients, pour all with prepared sauce. Top the salad with capers and greens.
